• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
• The seawater jacuzzi is available only in favorable weather conditions. The captain of the Dickson Dragon will determine if it is safe for use.
• A corkage fee applies if guests bring their own alcoholic beverages.
• All passengers must follow and adhere to the safety and security regulations for the boat, crew, passengers, and boarding facilities.
• Please bring a bathing suit and towels if you plan to participate in any sea activities.
• If a service is delayed or canceled due to factors beyond the operator's control (such as bad weather or technical issues), Platinum Charters will attempt to reschedule the service for another day at no additional cost. The decision to reschedule will be at Platinum Charters' discretion.
