Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the wildlife. Fabulous we saw dolphins and a pilot whale. We would do this again should we return to Lanzarote. We made our own way there so did not use their pick up/drop off service but information given re parking and directions to their office were very good.★

If you already have the entrance fee, you could linger a bit longer at the café upstairs to have time to eat a piece of chicken. Otherwise, everything was great!★

I went for a trip with 2 other ladies from Slovakia. The trip was organized very well, we saw lots of things and tried local food. The best and very impressive experience was a trip to the sand dunes. The guide was excellent, told us lots of interesting facts about the Island comparing it with the Lanzarote Island (the trip was organised for people from Lanzarote), and speaking 4 languages! Wow! Everything was wonderful, and our guide Raquel was fantastic! We had a small problem with the ferry to get to the island, and she resolved it without any issues. Her explanations of the places were exceptional, and the entire itinerary and service were wonderful. 100% recommended!★

it was a quick ride over, and approx 20 mins into the town. lots of bars and restaurants and beach to enjoy.
