The tour was easy on the day thanks to close communication between the tour company and the driver in advance. Because it was the end of the year, road conditions were poor, and we were unable to follow the itinerary we had received in advance, but they were very accommodating and helpful. On the way back, it took over four hours to get from Uluwatu to Umalas, but we didn't get annoyed by the heavy traffic, and the driver was driving safely throughout the trip.

I have repeatedly booked 3 days and 2 drivers services us. Both drivers are good but with different characters. One is very quiet and another likes to introduce their lifes and eating places.
