Danish was terrific as our facilitator - he helped us with the ferry and passed us on to our knowledgeable and friendly local guide. Danish also was very helpful when I couldn’t find the meet up point. Thank you!

This was informatove tour. One, learns a lot about Bolywood film industry. We got the half day tour with dance option. Transport can be purchased and the operator organizes transport with OLA (Uber like taxi) which is transparently disclosed. Better go on your own as for the same standard it is much cheaper. The tour was fun as well and you learn about sets , effects and for little charge they wil make an film efect for participants. Dancing show was good as well. Who ever decides to go dancing option is not worthwhile - paying 15 usd person. But, overal it was worthwhile experience. I would like to conpliment Ms. Aarti . She did great job.

What an absolutely brilliant activity - half a day visiting Bollywood. But not only - we saw scenes being filmed, and explored other sets; got to try on a costume and make an award-acceptance speech; watched a dance show and then joined in; recorded a karaoke song and were filmed acting a scene. Neha, our guide, was brilliant - so relaxed she put us all at ease. Would thoroughly recommend the whole event!

Reviews: Private Mumbai Sightseeing Tour with Local English Guide

Where do I begin?! Chirag designed a private tour for us and oh my goodness, what a day! We got up at 5 am to get to the wholesale flower market and the fruit & vegetable markets. Wow! A feast for the eyes! Sassoon Dock in the early morning is also a must-see. It's right up there with the flower, fruit & veg markets. Because it was a public holiday therefore not terribly busy on the trains, Chirag took us for a short train ride on a whim, just for something different. Dhobi Ghat, the open air laundry - another highlight! Chor Bizarre was an eye-opening experience because there is a sea of second-hand tools, car parts, appliances, plus a whole lot more. We visited the Dharavi slums last. Words cannot describe this part of Mumbai, and photos could never do justice to what all your senses experience. This tour is the best I've ever done so a big thank you to Chirag and also our driver, Pranav. What an amazing adventure!
