There was ample space to store suitcases, and I was able to spend my time comfortably on the train. Best of all, being able to check in in advance in the city before heading to the airport was incredibly convenient. I could leave my luggage, go sightseeing, and then head to the airport at the last minute.

Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport!
