Our first time to Shanghai Natural History Musuem and we thought to hire a tour guide to walk us through. In a short span of 2 hours, 余老师 was effective in outlining the recommended tour route and even suggested the route to cover after her tour ended. She was extremely knowledgeable about the exhibits and how some of these exhibits related to China’s context. She is friendly and interacted very well with my children. I’m so glad we got 余老师 as our tour guide and thanks for giving us a good experience!★
