It was easy to book and choose a time. Finding our reservation at the pier was easy. Upon arrival, everyone was collected in a minivan and taken to our hotels. I highly recommend it.★

Everything was great. I found the counter by the pier and was given a sticker. I went into the first-class lounge. Comfortable sofas, snacks, fruit, tea, coffee, cola, and Fanta. No cockroaches. Everything was convenient. The price difference from the standard version was small, but the comfort was superior. I'm happy. The transfer service was also well-organized. Those with transfers had a separate exit from the pier, and they were already assigned to cars.★

We booked a speedboat through trip.com to Phi Phi Island with a transfer. It was very convenient and on time. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the pier, and loaded our bags very quickly, reaching the island in 50 minutes. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it.★

Everything went smoothly. The driver arrived a minute early, and the transfer was comfortable, in a minivan. There was only one other couple there. They brought us early, showed us where to pick up our ferry ticket, checked our reservation number, noted it, gave us a class sticker and boarding pass, and then all we had to do was wait 20-30 minutes for the ferry to board. I recommend it.★

Everything went well. We were picked up from the hotel at 8:20 (even though we were supposed to be picked up at 8:00), but they delivered us to the pier on time. We waited a bit and then headed to the ferry. We arrived just over two hours later.
