The experience was incredible!!! easily the best activity of my entire trip. I booked this quite last minute and was pleasantly surprised by how fast and responsive the customer service was. The person liaising with me today was extremely efficient and organised. They even took the time to check if I had the right outfit and footwear prepared, which I found incredibly thoughtful and sweet. When I met the instructors, Jackson and Brice, they were just so lovely. They gave 101% effort to make sure we paddled correctly, kept us safe throughout, and even took amazing photos for us. I absolutely loved the entire experience and honestly wished it lasted longer. I’ll definitely be back very soon. I would honestly be happy to do this every day. :D Big thank you to Jackson and Brice for today!!! :’)

My expectations were high, so I was a little disappointed. The journey was long, but the driver's excellent skills saved us a lot of time. I don't know if we didn't choose the right language for the tour guide, but the company sent someone whose Mandarin wasn't very good, so it was a disadvantage for me since my English isn't good. Also, the suspension bridge was under construction and temporarily closed, which should have been mentioned in the itinerary (disappointing). Seeing the Rafflesia today was a memorable and happy experience.

Really highly recommended, the two instructors are very nice, know Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay English, communication is not barrier, completed the OW + AOW diving course within five days, beautiful environment, able to see many corals and fish, even the opportunity to see sea turtles and devil fish. Lunch is included in the price, so don’t worry. Really learn something.
