It was fantastic, our guide knew her stuff and was very informative - she also was able to tailor towards what we liked and gave us some great tips for afterwards. The food was amazing - the Balsamic and wine being particular highlights. I would recommend if anyone is in Modena. Top stuff!

A well-organized event, a beautifully situated farm, very friendly hosts, and, of course, an excellent demonstration combined with a food tasting featuring a variety of balsamic vinegars produced on site. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Modena area.
