The tour itself was very enjoyable. Beautiful images and good explanations by a great guide, Giovanni. Perhaps the stroopwafel course could have been a bit longer, had more diverse flavors, or been more interactive with the participants.★

The Heineken museum seemed average to me, nothing remarkable. The tour is very poorly organized; the guides lead you astray, and it's impossible to know where to go. With so many people crowding the place, it's impossible to enjoy it. If you don't speak English, bring headphones to better enjoy the experience. The boat trip is the absolute highlight.★

I recently participated in the "Anne Frank's Last Walk" tour, and it was an incredibly moving and educational experience. Our guide, David, was exceptional. He was not only highly knowledgeable about Anne Frank's life and the history of Amsterdam during WWII, but he was also very friendly and approachable, which made the tour even more enjoyable.
David provided a wealth of information throughout the tour, seamlessly blending historical facts with personal stories that brought the past to life. The VR experience was particularly immersive, allowing us to step back in time and see where Anne Frank family lived in hiding.
Beyond the tour itself, David was generous with additional recommendations for things to see and do in Amsterdam, which added great value to our visit. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam—it's a powerful reminder of history, and David's guidance truly enhances the experience.
