Reviews: Day Tour in Mt. Field, Mt. Wellington, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and Richmond

What a wonderful variety of the best of the Hobart area! From the Mt. Field National Park forest to the Bonorong Sanctuary and finally the summit of Mt. Wellington we were treated to experiences we could not have accessed on our own without a great deal of driving and effort. Thankfully we had an expert driver who kept us moving but gave us plenty of time to immerse in each location.

Great option to het to wineglass bay and explore from Launceston. Fitted a lot into a single day, without any driving hassels.
Reviews: Hobart: Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park Active Tour

The national park is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time there, as the drive from Hobart is quite long. This is where my criticism comes in: Dear Tasmanian guides, take more time and drive slowly!! Our guide sped across the road as if he were a Tasmanian devil himself. The next morning, I had a significant backache. Okay, I'm not young anymore, but some of the wild overtaking maneuvers were genuinely frightening. Even though I said I didn't feel safe, it didn't change anything. As I said, a beautiful national park that is definitely worth a visit!! And a little tip for the guides: you'd certainly get more tips if your clients didn't have a slipped disc. Best regards!

Unfortunately it rained during our trip, the view wasn’t nice but the experience was good in general. Our guide was really helpful and friendly. An elderly couple needed longer time to climb the stairs when heading to the Wineglass Bay lookout. Our guide patiently waited for them and offered helped to them during the hike. Would highly recommended this tour to my friends.
