If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket town, Leamhin, Rawai, Naiharn, Patong, Tritrang, Kalim, Kata, and Karon areas.
- The pickup time starts between 7:00 AM. and 08:30 AM. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time via email.
- Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.

- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
