Reviews: Amsterdam: Zaanse Schans, The Hague & Rotterdam Tour

Yesterday, I went on a truly fantastic day trip through the Netherlands from Amsterdam with our guide, Jorge! At first, I was skeptical that the schedule wouldn't be too packed and leave little time for leisure, but I was pleasantly surprised. We had a good hour in Zaanse Schans, about 2.5 hours in The Hague, and another two hours in Rotterdam. We set off promptly from Amsterdam in a minibus with a diverse group of about 20 people from many countries. Jorge was always open to questions and offered to take photos of us in front of the sights. He answered all of them confidently. He spoke fluent English and Spanish. I found his English easy to understand. Our driver drove safely throughout. I found it a bit cramped in the minibus. The explanations were easy to hear, and the bus was modern. I highly recommend this trip to everyone!
Reviews: Delft: Entrance Ticket for the Old and New Churches

Beautiful church, rich in history. The map you receive provides a wealth of information. The "walk" around the mausoleum is fantastic. Historical timelines and personalities are discussed using video screens (and written text). It's beautifully done. The model of the crypt was also very beautiful and illuminating.

A wonderful experience in a more personal trip than to be in a big bus exploring three beautiful cities. Alex helped us know much about the history behind all the places, ensured we have ample time to explore them ourselves, helped us have time enough for breaks and got us back to his van before calling it a day. Highly recommended for anyone willing to visit Delft, Hague and Rotterdam in a day.
