Hey! Two gorgeous chateaux in one day! Magnifique! Only one problem. No cafe at Fountainbleau. Restaurants full and slow. The second chateau was more manageable and had a cafe. Bus driver was excellent.

Fontainebleau Palace sounds beautiful just from its name. There weren't many tourists, making for a very pleasant visit.

There was no need to queue; however, the guide didn't come into the building with me, AND the audio guide had to be downloaded via a separate app, which I could only read; the audio was essentially just visual.


