To take the canal cruise: please check in at Blue Boat Company, Stadhouderskade 501, 1071 ZD Amsterdam (in front of the Hard Rock Café and the Park Hotel).The Maritime Museum: Show your ticket when entering the attraction at your booked time-slot, located on Kattenburgerplein 1, 1018 KK Amsterdam.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Earphones are supplied
- Your ticket for Maritime Museum is a ticket with a time slot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your time slot is NOT possible
- The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an OPEN TICKET. This means that no time slot has been allocated, and you can board the cruise on any next available boat
