I centralize most of my bookings in Trip.com and Find My bookings easily. This booking with non-Kai require you to make seats reservation separately when you receive the link. The seat could be reserved five minutes before the departure of the train.★

Osaka Pass is a no brainer. You can travel everywhere and do really cool things. We went into the tower, did the tower slider en dive and walk. Especially the last one was insane. If I calculate how much money I would have spend without it, I think I could have bought 3 Osaka cards. Only the process to show the pass is a pain.★

It works incredibly well! I'm so lucky! I had a bad sense of timing and was thinking of taking the shuttle bus from T2 to T1 to exchange my ticket. But when I arrived at the JR station, I exchanged my ticket for the 10:16 train at 10:13. Luckily, the train was right there after I went down the escalator. I ran to carriage 9, boarded safely, and the train started moving right away! Lucky me! Very convenient.★

🌳 3 Must-Do Things at Amanohashidate
1️⃣ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar
→ Take the cable car to the top (round trip ¥720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea.
→ Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side!
2️⃣ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach"
→ Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing.
→ Rent a bicycle (¥500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind.
3️⃣ Visit "Chieunji Temple" for amulets
→ Vermilion torii gates paired with century-old pine trees; seek amulets for academic success/marriage (from ¥800).
→ Touch the "Manjushri Wisdom Wheel" and spin it three times; legend says it will make you smarter!★

Very straightforward, just exit the airport and find the bus terminal that matches your destination. Scan your QR code and you'll get a ticket printed out, line up and wait for your baggage to get tagged, then just board and show your ticket. Went smoothly, price was super fair compared to paying for a cab.
