Reviews: From Genova: Portofino Return Transfer by Open-Top Bus

The guide was very friendly and competent. She did her job perfectly, speaking fluent and clear English throughout the entire trip. The coach was another story. They advertise it as a convertible, and despite the beautiful weather, they didn't open it, claiming there was wind at departure. There was no wind, which significantly detracted from the experience. They should consider turning it so it opens up if they deem it necessary. The tour itself lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, when they advertised an hour. The return trip was like something out of a Formula 1 car; we took a different route and had a terrible time. It took me days to write this review because I wanted to be as objective and offer constructive criticism as possible.
