The lunch time cooking class was a lot of fun, Frederic the chef was entertaining and informative, and managed the seven of us expertly. One thing I would note is that he did most of the actual cooking on the stove (which is understandable given the logistics), most of what we did was prep work, but it was still great to eat the meal that we helped prepare.

We had a fantastic day with the electric bike. We explored Paris with little effort. Sufficient battery, good lock included. What we did miss was a phone holder. We had to stop regularly to grab the phone for Google Maps or cycle for some time with the phone in our hand, which wasn't pleasant or safe.


