How to use
Please reach Piazza dei Martiri 19 to start your experience. There is also an alternative meeting point at Via Provinciale 23/25, Aci Castello. If you prefer this option, kindly notify the local partner by email after booking. For the alternative meeting point, the pickup is scheduled between 8:30 and 8:45 AM. Please arrive at your chosen meeting point at least 15 minutes before the experience begins.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
