There were some communication issues with the travel agency; they didn't add contact information in time, leaving me unsure if the trip had actually been arranged. I called Ctrip customer service three times, and finally received the merchant's contact information two hours before the start date. However, the merchant's customer service sent me the wrong information, causing a conflict with the afternoon's mangrove tour, resulting in some minor misunderstandings. The ATV experience itself was very good. The guide, nicknamed "Little Black Guy," was very helpful and enthusiastically led us on four or five laps. The off-road route was quite shady with many steep and exciting slopes. Our guide, Wawa, was also very friendly, and the driver picked us up from the hotel, which was also excellent.★
