A great option if you plan to travel around the city a lot by public transport. You can pick up your card from a dedicated machine right at the airport using a QR code. It's very technologically advanced, convenient, and cost-effective, especially if you plan ahead.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
