How to use

Please present your e-ticket at the pier to exchange for a boat ticket. This itinerary does not include transfers, please make your own way to the meeting point. Meeting address: RealNZ Visitor Centre on Steamer Wharf, 88 Beach Street.

Please arrive at the RealNZ Travelers Center at the steamboat terminal at least 20 minutes before your departure time slot (excluding traffic delays and time to find parking). Present your e-ticket at the front desk for ticket redemption and wait for boarding. The dock is located behind the ticket center. For the return trip, remember to arrive at the dock at least 10 minutes before departure to board the boat.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

It is recommended to bring non-slip shoes, warm clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera.
A child fare applies to ages 5–15, and an adult fare applies to ages 16 and above. Children must purchase and travel with an adult. Infants aged 0–4 are free; please be sure to book an infant ticket, otherwise travel may be denied.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your departure time (this does not include time for traffic or finding parking). Present your e-ticket at the front desk to redeem ticket, then wait to board. The pier is located behind the ticket center.
Do not take chances; the cruise will depart on time! Please arrive on time according to the e-ticket to avoid missing your trip.
For your return trip, please remember to arrive at the pier to board at least 10 minutes in advance.
Restaurants can fill up quickly during peak season. Please provide several alternative times when placing your order so we can book for you promptly.
After the BBQ buffet, staff will not organize guests to see the animals together, but you can visit them on your own (they are behind the sheep shearing shed, a 10m walk away). Close contact with animals is not guaranteed. Please remember to arrive at the pier at least 10 mins before boarding.
Dinner appetizers will include seafood, dining time will be longer, and the barbecue and farm show performances are similar.
