I arrived on time, but there was a lot of large-scale construction going on near the station, and there was a lack of signage after exiting the station. Also, due to ongoing construction, I had to walk quite a distance to reach the pick-up area. Perhaps the experience will be better once the construction is complete.

Great experience. Received an email the previous evening with the bus location, plate number and driver name and number. Driver and guide checked my hotel details and dropped me off nearby.
