I booked a large tour (for a reason), but ended up joining a small group; thankfully, our guide, Ms. Jin, was kind, spoke fluent Chinese, was funny, and provided excellent service. At the end of the tour, she specially escorted me to the hotel entrance and also took the other guests to their desired destinations. Thumbs up!★

We had just the right amount of time for everything, so we didn't overdo it or get tired. The guide spoke good English, thanks for sharing stories and for his efforts. I arrived during the off-season, and Nami Island wasn't all that impressive, but otherwise, everything was great!★

This is great experience, normally I travelled on my own, but alpaca world bring us to this tour. Our guide Tino and Henry are great. They give us lots of knowledge and information that suit for our trip. Tour start ontime and we reach alpaca world before feeding time. You can feed alpaca with free food, it is great. Nami island is beautiful and peaceful. Red bean bun is the must. Rail bike is very nice sunset along the way. Thanks to henry to help us on biking. Recommend this tour for all travellers
