Everything went great. The rental shop is conveniently located in the center of old Kyoto. There's a wide selection. The kimonos were clean. I got a beautiful Japanese-style haircut. A huge thank you to the Russian-speaking girl (unfortunately, we didn't get her name) and a big hello to her ☺️

Really good value but it took over 1 hour even though we had an appointment early in the morning. Lots of waiting in-between picking the clothes, dressing and hairstyle.

Vintage, open-air train that is still in excellent condition and well worth a ride. Too bad it rained yesterday; since the train is open-sided, it wasn't very comfortable. The sakuras were also past their peak, so no perfect shots this time. Must return again in the future. Thanks, Sagano Train!

It was a very fun ramen-making experience that allowed children to learn about the origins of ramen, making it a great parent-child activity. The presenter was a university student who explained things very clearly in English and was very polite. I would recommend it to other friends.

My wife wanted to do this class for our second Japan trip. I thought it might be boring, but I ended up enjoying it. You got to learn how to make ramen and that staff made the experience very enjoyable and fun. At the end you got to enjoy the ramen you made with the customized soup base you used and they gift you a souvenir. I would recommend trying this ramen class at least once.


