The trip was very well organized, the crew was friendly and competent, and the boat was clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for all passengers, and not enough tables to put food or drinks on. The trip through the marina, along Palm Jumeirah to the Burj Al Arab, was beautiful. The music was too loud and intrusive. Overall, it's a recommended trip.

We booked a 5-day tour bus. We received four tickets for the aquarium, pizza boat, desert sunset, and the Dubai Frame. Visiting all these attractions separately would be much more expensive. It's a great deal. You need to activate your ticket at the first stop, which is in the Dubai Mall parking lot. You can get tickets for all the attractions there. If you don't receive all your tickets during activation, you won't be able to get them back. We were very happy with our tour. We highly recommend it.

The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!

The staff were attentive. There was a performance, but the actors lacked emotion, and the female actors' eyes were vacant. Also, after I successfully booked a time slot, the platform told me it was full and I needed to reschedule.


