Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 100 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
