How to use

Hotel pick-up is included from most Cancún and Riviera Maya hotels. Please select your preferred pickup point from the calendar.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

You must weigh less than 286 pounds (130 kg) to use the zip lines
You must be 18 or older to drive your own ATV (single ATV option), or 16 to drive accompanied (shared ATV)
Minimum age to join this activity is 4 years old
Children 4 -17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
