The overnight bus from Hakodate to Sapporo that I booked was quite comfortable, even though I couldn't fully lie down, and the bus drove very smoothly. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing!! They were very patient and repeatedly checked the bus status for me. I highly recommend it if you don't mind being tired and want to save time and a night's hotel money.

We had a great time, with a tight schedule and lots of fun, especially the snowmobiles. My wife and I had a blast. The snowmobiles were really photogenic. Our guide, Eric, was very responsible, switching between two languages and explaining things in great detail. I would definitely hire him again if I have the chance.

The snow scenery in Hokkaido is beautiful, and feeding bears is a unique experience. However, Otaru is best enjoyed at a leisurely pace, allowing you to feel the stillness of time as snowflakes fall.
