Reviews: 1-day tour to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar flower clock from Santiago (from 1 person)

The tour package included a winery visit on the return trip, but it didn't. The time was also shortened by an hour. We encountered traffic and asked the tour guide if we could rest and use the restroom, but he refused. His attitude was poor. The return trip, which had been delayed by two hours due to traffic, took three hours, and we didn't get to visit the winery.

Big shout out to Nacho, our guide for the Santiago city walk! 🌟 He is the definition of a professional: fluent in Spanish and English, an amazing photographer, and incredibly knowledgeable about Chilean culture. He made the history come alive for us. Nacho is a true asset to the tourism industry—5 stars!"

Eugene is an impressively informed guide on the walking route. He is always watchful for the continued presence of those who book the tour. All along the route, Eugene pointed out architectural styles, historical contexts and significance. He informed us about walking parks and dining options along the walkabout. He let us know about options for our individual wandering about that we could avail of, if we walked back to the Moneda Palace area after his route guide, or more generally on another day. Personally, I ascended park steps towards a high viewing point over Santiago and the Andes on my interesting reverse route. I highly recommend this morning and early afternoon tour.

Very educational. Was not aware that we had to walk a lot, but over all was pleased with the tour. The guide spoke fluent English and Spanish, and was concerned about all the tourist in our group..

The guide was great, the group was small and well-organized. We stopped in in the most important highlights, except the Vina del Mar seaside palace which I was really missing. The visit to Casablanca for wine tasting left my with hard feelings: they gave us 2 cheapest wines to taste: white which was fine and red, which they served much too hot - the wine was around 24-25 degrees of Celsius, while they claimed it should be served in 17 degrees :/ I would expect more professionalism from them while service their wine.
