Because of time constraints, we booked a day trip to Bromo at the last minute. Customer service responded quickly and patiently arranged everything for us. The driver arrived at the hotel promptly in the early morning to pick us up. The car was spacious and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided cushions and drinking water. The driver was incredibly kind, helping us take photos throughout the trip and taking excellent care of us during the hike. A super positive review!

As shown in the picture, the gamble failed. That's how the rainy season is—it's all about probability. But don't give up just because you see so many posts about failed gambles everywhere. Because when you get to the foot of the volcano, the experience is just as amazing as from the summit. Climbing the crater and enjoying the scenery along the way is incredible. On the way down, you can even choose your favorite pony 🐎🐎🐎🐎 for jeep photos and hidden volcano viewpoints. We all felt that although the journey was tough, it was absolutely worth it.

A wonderful excursion!!! I highly recommend it! The waterfall is magical! Of course, the trail to it and especially back was difficult for me, but it was more than worth it!!! Hirman was a wonderful guide, very sociable, friendly, and speaks perfect English! Even though we don't speak English very well, we still managed to communicate, and we really enjoyed it! Agus was an excellent driver, he drives very carefully. We wish you more clients and prosperity! Thank you so much!
