Reviews: Half-day tour of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum [Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum (ticket reservation) + intangible cultural heritage oil paper umbrella experience + Qiao Xizhi Street guided tour]

The guide, Ms. Chen, was very patient and explained things in detail. She didn't use any sales tactics, which was excellent.
Reviews: Beijing Hutong Foodie Experience: A Private Tour with 20+ Local Tastings

We had a fantastic food tour with Andy. Not only had we delicious food we wouldn’t have found on our own Andy explained the history and provided interesting facts about the food and where we were. The tour was tailored exactly to our tastes, which was perfect for our two young daughters who absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend Andy for this tour and other tours in the area for his professionalism and expertise. Would be a great first day tour to help get your bearings and get away from touristy areas. Andy answered lots of questions in general about China and our visit for is. A++++++++
Reviews: Beijing: Jinshanling Great Wall Daily Bus Tour with Options [Join-in Group and Small Group] Departing at 7:30AM
Guest User2026-03-29
We found this tour great! The bus starts early morning and takes about 2,5 hours to get to Jinshanling. A short shuttle bus service from the ticket gate to a souvenir selling area was included, however not all the way up to the wall, which some other tourists outside our tour took. The hike is quite hard, the wall goes up and down steeply and many times. We had a great guide, who took good care of all our group members and explained clearly the timeline and itinerary of the day. Our group reached the east gate to catch our bus back to Beijing at around 14:30. The way back to Beijing takes a bit longer due to evening traffic. We reached Beijing a bit before 6pm, which was great considering other tours might arrive late at night.
