It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

It was a amazing experience to use the Arlanda AirPort Express round trip tickets on my first day in Stockholm as he saves my time from airport to Stockholm city in only 18 minutes- highly recommended

The tour guide was brilliant! Other staff were quick to resolve an issue on-board with a lady who was raising her voice at other guests and staff. Tour guide was multilingual and pointed out the best photo opportunity spots. Would 100% recommend this tour - 5/5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
