I was worried about exchanging the voucher for the actual pass, but it was quite easy. At Osaka Airport, on the first floor near the currency exchange counters, there was a green JR machine where you could exchange the voucher for a physical pass. I read the instructions on the official website beforehand, which fully explained which machine to use and how to exchange it. There was an employee at the machine who could help if needed. There were no issues with the pass itself. The voucher was exchanged for a physical paper ticket. Don't lose it. You have to insert it into all the machines, but it's returned immediately.★

What an amazing experience, and hosted by very patient and helpful staff.
We got to shoot a lot of arrows and have a bunch of fun photos taken.
Only caveat: difficult to find the venue.★
