The driver was very steady and provided excellent service, proactively closing the doors when we got in and out. He introduced local customs and attractions along the way and reminded us of important travel tips. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver sent us his location in advance to make it easy for us to find the car. He also contacted us beforehand for the return trip and was very punctual. Overall, a fantastic experience! Jiuzhaigou is beautiful; every photo you take is stunning.

It is quiet challenging to find the bus because there are lots of busses at the parking lot. You need to find one by one, becuase the operator only mention the plate number, name of the driver and driver's mobile phone (cannot call that number if your phone number is not China number). The way the driver drive the bus is very smooth, and we arrived on time. Driver's service is quite helpful.

Out driver was very nice. He treat us well. But this tour only provide you from pick up point then send you to the entrance of the national park and leave you to explore the national park by yourself. No one can understand english. so, good luck.

It turned out that this was a tour without a tour guide, so only the driver and the bus picked up at a place that had been informed beforehand.. it's just that there was a lack of information on the bus number that would pick up, so it was a bit confused when there were several buses that stopped.. we were tourists who couldn't speak Chinese, so it was quite confusing at first, because it turned out that the bus was combined with other passengers who were not destined for Huanglong as well.. on the return, picked up by the driver in a small car, because it was just the two of us. Since we wanted to stay at a hotel near the station, we asked if it could be dropped off at the hotel & it turned out that it could be.. cool

It was convenient and cheap. Driver was good at navigating amidst the snowy winter weather. Downside was we had to wait for 10-15 mins before bus arrived at the meeting point. Meeting point was few km away from our hotel and had to take taxi cuz it was freezing to walk with kids from our hotel. Overall was good and recommend if you’re on a budget.

I took the bus from Guchaegu to Hwangryongguchae Station. The bus arrived a little late and didn't arrive on time, so I contacted the customer service center. The employee told me that it would be a little late and that the bus number had changed. It would have been better if they had told me the bus number in advance. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have been able to board the bus..ㅜ But the employee was really kind and answered all my questions!


