Tour was great in the sense you can see the city at night from a great view being so high up. Tour guide was bad for the people on top it was not very loud the music they play in between attractions was very loud. They should be the same volume. We had a terrible experience in that we sat next to people who did not shut up and kept laughing and talking over the tour guide which was not very loud to begin with. We also left about 15 min late. The volume button did not work we pressed it countless times.

Very communicative before trip, easy to find, punctual, respectful, warm, professional driver! The whole process was smooth. He even took us to the grocery store and waited for us. Seriously the most attentive driver in Carlo!!
