The pickup itself wasn't difficult, but that's because I've been to Taipei dozens of times, and I thought it might be difficult for first-time visitors to find the pickup location. It was nice to be able to ride multiple times, even for short distances. Since it's a time-based service, I was able to adjust it between arrival and check-out, which made it a really good value for money.★
