It worked without any problems. There was a slight issue at the beginning; I couldn't play TT (Twitter), but I turned off location services and it worked. I followed the advice given in the trip guide. The signal was good everywhere.★

Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday. ★

I had a little trouble connecting to my Android carrier, SoftBank, and realized I couldn't use it after leaving the airport, so I called customer service, but they only spoke English and Korean. I need to make sure I can connect properly inside the airport. Once it was connected, it was great! I was grateful for the Innisfree set!★

We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.★

Ye Sammi's tour guide is really intimate, the travel companions are also very punctual, every time the collection time is not late, the tour guide control time is very good, the explanation is also very detailed, I will want to participate in the Korean day trip next time.
