Child Pricing Policy:
- Children aged 1–5 (under 1m tall): Free
- Children aged 5–9 (1.0m to under 1.3m tall): 75% of adult ticket price
- Children aged 10 and above (1.3m and taller): Charged at adult ticket price.
How to use
After placing an order, we will immediately contact the guest via phone or WeChat, inform them of the restaurant location, and provide the order number.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Daily Cruise Schedule:
- 18:30: Boarding begins
- 6:45 PM: Meal service begins
- 7:45 PM: Cruise departs and tours along the Saigon River
- 9:15 PM: Cruise ends and docks
