Fun day, there was enough time to enjoy each stop. Our tour guide Zero was very helpful. She gave clear instructions, was very cheerful and took lots of photos for us. Also introduced us to local specialties and was very accommodating to everyone's needs throughout the day and during lunch

I booked this trip through Trip Advisor after seeing the great reviews and wanting to experience a day outside of Seoul. Highlights: Eric was a great tour guide who wanted to make sure the group was satisfied. He was a smooth driver and the drives were very chill and relaxing (great for a nap or several!) He was knowledgeable and shared his background knowledge and recommendations with us throughout the day trip. The mountain and garden of morning calm were definite personal highlights for me — I loved riding the cable car to the mountain and experiencing the light show at the end of the night! I also got tons of great pictures! For improvement: Our time at Nami Island was very, very short and I wish it was longer. I think the itinerary online said it would be more than 2 hrs but we ended up spending about 45 mins there. Eric did his best to help make up for the time by being flexible at the end of the day. I do wish I had a more detailed itinerary shared beforehand — for example, we stopped at a restaurant around 15-15:30 PM but it wasn’t on the itinerary and we had already eaten a small lunch at the mountain. Something to keep in mind for future planning — we ended up spending 53000 won (for two) at the restaurant (with the shared meal split across a group of five). Ultimately, I enjoyed the trip and having Eric as our guide. Next time, I hope there is more time for Nami Island!

Great tour! All three activities were wonderful and our friendly and efficient guide, Mina, kept us all on schedule and arriving places on time. The garden was serene, could have maybe done with another half an hour there but it's a lot to fit in to a day so I understand the timings. The rail bike was so much fun and the views were incredible! Nami island itself was gorgeous, so much to see there and really wonderful peaceful areas and walking trails, as well as busier boys with activities and cafes. We saw lots of wildlife too, squirrels, birds, a chipmunk as well as the ostriches in the park. I would 100% recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the tour to Nami Island and botanical gardens. Thomas was very knowledgeable, punctual and attentive. We had young kids with us and he always made sure to include them in the conversations. We felt like he was very kind and understanding of our needs with young kids. If you ever need a tour guide make sure to book a tour with thomas! He made the trip smooth, fun and interesting. This tour was truly top notch! We will book another tour with his tour group again!


