The tour guide Frank Kong arranged the route reasonably, was enthusiastic and generous, and took the initiative to help everyone take photos. Like šŸ‘

Reviews: Monterey and 17 Mile Drive: Half-Day Electric Bike Rental
Guest User2025-08-21
The 17 mile drive loop is amazing but many sections have no dedicated bike lane so you’re right up against traffic. Tourists in cars are busy taking in the sights and the locals are generally annoyed by the tourists on bikes and in cars so can be a bit nerve wracking if you don’t have much experience on a bike. Obviously nothing the tour operators can do about any of this but, just a heads up!

Reviews: Wine Tasting and Walking Tour of Carmel-by-the-Sea
Guest User2025-08-22
We’ve been to Carmel several times through the years and our guide Toby was introducing us to stores, restaurants, hidden courtyards and parks we didn’t know existed. Among my favorite stories is of the origins of Carmel, how they identify houses in the golden rectangle and the post office…yes, the post office! Each of the wineries we visited were representative of the Monterrey County AVA best wineries and they each served fantastic tasting samples. Toby is a hoot and it’s easy to see why he knows everyone in town. We highly recommend this tour.
