The service was excellent. The Japanese instructors were very responsible and explained everything clearly, from precautions to underwater hand signals. Even non-swimmers can take amazing photos. I also got to know Instructor Beta. If you adapt well on the first dive, the second and third dives will be perfect for capturing the best shots. They are also very experienced and skilled in ensuring safety. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

We were incredibly lucky to have such great weather, and the boat crew was also very friendly and helpful. Every time we arrived at a new spot, the staff patiently explained the precautions, and they even carefully counted our numbers when we returned. They were also very responsible during snorkeling, constantly teaching us how to breathe smoothly and reminding us to look down at the small fish, holding our hands tightly the whole time. The entire trip was very enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic! June is supposed to be the rainy season in Phuket, so I had little expectation for a boat trip. But surprisingly, the weather was great for all four days! The driver arrived at the hotel at the pre-arranged time to pick us up and take us to the pier. The tour company at the pier provided a simple breakfast followed by a route briefing. They provided seasickness medication before departure, and everyone had a very pleasant and fulfilling day! The weather was great, and the sea was absolutely beautiful! There were no hidden charges, and the tour guide spoke both English and Chinese, and was very humorous and enthusiastic! Our boat was called the Double Mirror, Kelly 1. The waves were a bit big, but it was very stable! Each activity lasted about 30-45 minutes, which was a little rushed. We gave a 100฿ tip at the end. The tour guide and staff were truly dedicated and enthusiastic – excellent!

Visiting Hanuman's World in Phuket was a truly positive experience. The atmosphere was authentic, the program was engaging, and everything was organized to a high standard. The tour was comfortable and informative. We were delighted and highly recommend it.

Overall, it was excellent. The instructors were very responsible; even those who couldn't swim could take you for a spin. The itinerary was well-organized and the timing was excellent. The scenery was beautiful, and the Thai drivers who provided transportation were all very nice. Areas for improvement: More Chinese-speaking guides are needed. The English-speaking guides always spoke first, and by then we were almost in the sea, so I didn't hear them clearly. Also, please don't print out the insurance photos; it infringes on portrait rights.

First, I want to commend Xiao Peng for his meticulous attention to detail in resolving all our issues and arranging everything so thoroughly. Then, I want to praise the Thai crew member who was incredibly kind to us, providing excellent transportation. The food on board was also quite good, though unfortunately we couldn't eat much as we were initially seasick and were planning to head back. However, the crew arranged for us to go sea fishing. After our seasickness subsided, we all had a wonderful time. They even provided us with fruit and drinks. Enjoying the breeze on the deck, eating watermelon, and catching fish was definitely worth the trip. (My 6-year-old daughter caught an unidentified creature with the crew's help.)
