We met a really nice guy from Northeast China. He told us which restrooms were clean and where we could see the best views. He was so thoughtful! It was pouring rain that day, and we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. He said he could just edit it up when he got home. He also told us the time for each attraction we visited and adjusted accordingly. He was amazing!ā

I had high expectations when I signed up for the Mount Fuji one-day tour, but it was an even more perfect and happy day than I had anticipated!
First of all, the tour course and the flow of the tour were incredibly smooth. I could feel the meticulous attention paid to the timing and route so that we could see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji from the most beautiful angles. Thanks to the fun explanations and small tips shared during the journey, I was able to laugh and have fun throughout the tour without a single dull moment.
There was one particular incident during this tour for which I was extremely grateful to the guide.
I lost my phone during the tour and was momentarily flustered and at a loss, but the guide worried about me as if it were their own problem without showing any sign of distress and actively searched for it. What was even more touching was that they continued to look after me and care for me even after the entire itinerary was over. It was a heart-stopping moment where I could have easily ruined my trip while away from home, but thanks to the guide's warm interest and consideration, I was able to finish everything safely. I can't forget the beautiful scenery of Mt. Fuji, but above all, thanks to meeting a wonderful guide, I created the most memorable and precious memories of my Tokyo trip. If anyone I know is considering a Mt. Fuji tour, I plan to strongly recommend this tour without hesitation! Absolutely!!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The scenery was beautiful, the trip was well organized, and I really enjoyed visiting the different locations. The only downside was the limited food menu, as there werenāt many options to choose from. It would be nice to have more variety. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this trip!ā

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.ā

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.ā

Coco, our tour leader, was very professional, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your enthusiastic guidance; we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The entire trip was packed with activities, and the tour leader recommended different restaurants at various attractions, which was perfect for us food lovers!
