Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!★

The tour guide is very kind, provides lot of tips, shares experiences and always smiling. This tour is a lot cheaper from the other providers. So I recommend booking here in trip.com then one opportunity for improvement is for tour guides to wear name tags properly for easy identification.★

The tour guide and driver were responsible and attentive; I appreciate their thoughtful arrangements. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious with ample air conditioning, and the driver's excellent skills meant I could simply relax and sleep soundly as soon as I got in. They also provided pick-up and drop-off from designated hotels, making it a great choice for families or small groups on day trips to multiple attractions. The fleet arrangement was convenient and clear, and the company maintained close contact with us at all times through an instant messaging system. The price was reasonable.★

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.★

Join a 1 day tour to SML. Our guide(Allan) was on time n also he waited for 1 solo tourist which was past e 5mins.waiting allowance. Eventually we hv to leave without him/her. Drove to SML in a van n reached SML ard 11plus n spent ard 4 hours there. Due to time constraints wet weather,did not visit Wenxu temple.He was nice and took photos for all member of e group n even used his camera to take individual photos of us. I traveled with 1 of my friends and we leave e group without following back to Taipei n he dropped us at e bus station. It was a nice experience in SML.
