It's perfect for young children. Phoenix's service is excellent; they are very attentive from pick-up and drop-off to the entire trip.

We booked the tour the day before, and customer service informed us that our hotel wasn't within the pick-up and drop-off area, but we could meet at a Starbucks about a 10-minute drive away. When we met, we found it was just the two of us! After a winding uphill drive of over an hour, we finally arrived at the jungle. The instructor was humorous and spoke some Chinese. The stunt ride was incredibly thrilling—a must-do! There were water stations along the way, and a Thai light meal to replenish our energy at the end.
