I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.

Hi! It was absolutely beautiful and informative. We saw so much on our trip. In a friendly atmosphere, we laughed and enjoyed ourselves, heard many funny anecdotes, and learned about history. It was exactly how a trip should be, so as not to be boring. To my great regret, I forgot our guide's name. That annoys me—he would have deserved to be mentioned. Since he's currently training to be a captain, he might also lead a tour sometime soon, and I can return the favor. But the captain and his trainee were also very, very friendly. When we come back to Hamburg, this trip will be our first choice. Ahoy, Heidi and Karlheinz.


