We booked a car late in the evening, a little hesitant about arriving at 9 a.m. The car was parked at the hotel at 9 a.m. sharp, and our driver, Dedi, was pleasant. He opened the door and helped with any questions! The car was clean and comfortable!!! And Dedi himself was an excellent tour guide! And the best part is, the price was reasonable for a 12-hour rental.★

Nusa Penida is beyond beautiful! I had such an amazing day, and the whole trip was very smooth.
I was picked up from my hotel at 6:30AM, and the driver was punctual with a comfortable ride to the port. After the ferry, we were picked up by Dede, our guide for the day. His English is great, and we even communicated in Malay at times, everything felt easy and natural.
Dede was not only a great guide and driver, but also an amazing photographer! He guided us on where to stand, helped take photos, and even queued for spots so we could get the best shots.
The ride throughout the island was smooth, and he shared interesting stories and insights about Bali along the way.
It was a private car tour, so the timing was flexible and everything felt relaxed.
Overall, such a lovely experience, we were lucky to have great tour guide, smooth trip, perfect weather with blue skies and stunning ocean views 🙏 Grateful and thank you!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

The trip was awesome. Nusa penida is as beautiful as the photos and woth a little less tourist around this time was even better. My tour guide Didi was very helpful. Got to learn a bit about the island locals and traditions. He also help taking a lot of photos in short amount of time. Definitely recommend.★

We chose a Chinese-speaking group tour. The driver picked us up at the hotel on time in the morning. We drove to the pier and took a boat to Nusa Lembongan. After visiting the attractions on Nusa Lembongan, we took a boat to Nusa Penida. We had lunch before starting our Nusa Penida trip and returned on time at 4 pm. We followed the itinerary on Ctrip exactly. The itinerary was very well arranged. Our tour guide, Surya, accompanied us throughout the trip and helped us buy tickets and arrange everything. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was a great experience!★

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip.
The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical.
After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail.
I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.
