1. Vehicles will be assigned according to the number of participants.
* 4-person 7-person MVP
* 15-seater business van for 5 or more people (even 5 people can travel comfortably and comfortably!)
2. You may bring your own carrier and personal luggage.
3. Infant car seats are not provided.
* Pick-up & Drop-off Information
1. This tour can be joined by other teams, and can also depart when a team of 4 people is satisfied.
2. The order of pick-up and drop-off will be adjusted by the driver according to the route.
For teams that are picked up first, boarding times may be assigned earlier.
The drop-off order to your Shanghai hotel upon return may also vary depending on the driver's route decision.
* Tour Guide
1. This tour departs with a minimum of 4 people, can be booked with as little as 1 person, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
2. If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not met, the tour may be cancelled.
3. Final confirmation or cancellation of your reservation will be notified at 6:00 PM local time 3 days prior to departure.
Example: If your departure date is January 4th, we will provide final information at 6:00 PM China time on January 1st.
4. The guide and driver will pick you up and drop you off at a designated location, such as the hotel main entrance.
5. Free time will be provided in Dongchaek and Seochaek villages. Please be informed of the meeting time and location on site.
6. The schedule may change depending on local circumstances, so please be sure to confirm the schedule with a counselor before making a reservation.
* Ticket Information
1. When accompanied by a guide, the guide will purchase admission and boarding passes on site.
2. Discount ticket application conditions
- Children under 120cm or under 6 years old (inclusive) must present a valid ID (passport) upon entry.
- Seniors aged 70 years or older (inclusive) must present a valid ID (passport) upon entry.
- The age of the user is calculated based on the date of birth listed on the passport and the date of travel.
3. The on-site staff will check your ticket, and if it is determined that you do not meet the discount requirements, you will be required to pay the difference in fare on-site.
* Guide to the ferry experience
1. The book cruise ticket included in this product is an 8-person join (shared) ticket, so you can board with other groups.
If you wish to ride solo, you can do so by paying an additional fee per boat in cash to the guide on site.
2. The Seochaek ferry operates from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and you can choose between day and night. However, if you want to enjoy the beautiful night view of Seochaek, we recommend boarding at night.
3. Please understand that during peak season, waiting times may be longer when boarding the Seochaek Night Cruise.
4. The guide will not board the ferry together and will wait at the disembarkation point.
5. When experiencing the ferry, please follow the instructions for safe use.
* Notice of change in departure time during Chinese public holidays
During major Chinese holidays (Labor Day in May and National Day in October), the number of tourists visiting Wuzhen surges. To minimize waiting time for dinner and the ferry ride during the tour, departure times have been adjusted as follows. We recommend boarding after lunch.
- May Labor Day period: Departs at 12:00 noon
- National Holiday Period in October: Departs at 11:00 AM
