I was able to enter the country really quickly, and I really liked that they answered all my questions right away so kindly and quickly!! I had a bit of a problem during immigration, but they handled everything and even shared solutions, which was really great. I highly recommend them!!★

We quickly found someone with an arrivals sign and went straight to the fast track. There was no line, they processed us and let us out right away. The overall line was huge. Excellent service, I recommend it 👍🏻★

Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.★

The reception staff were all friendly and helpful, and after soaking in the bath and steam sauna, I received a massage, which was incredibly relaxing. This was my second visit, and the buffet was a bit disappointing.★
