Absolutely delighted with this trip! It was our first trip on a sleeper bus, and everything went perfectly. They contacted me on WhatsApp about 24 hours in advance and gave me all the information. I liked the company office, where they provided complimentary drinks and snacks. The bus itself was very clean, no complaints at all, and it was a pleasure to be on it. There was plenty of space, both lengthwise and widthwise. It wasn't too hot or cold, and the restroom was also clean. I was pleasantly shocked by such cleanliness in Asia, as I had completely different expectations. They gave me a bottle of water and a snack on the bus. We traveled in complete comfort. I highly recommend it!

The minibus seats are comfortable and wide. The driver provides a bottle of water before departure, and the bus is air-conditioned throughout the journey. I thought booking a pickup service would be more convenient than a taxi, so I booked it, and it was a really comfortable ride to the resort. It was fine since I didn't have much luggage, but if you have a lot of luggage, a larger vehicle might be a better option.
